Context and goal

The key challenge was designing one conversation and automation standard that stays consistent across 3 ecosystems (Custom, Shopify, WooCommerce) and can be transferred to additional platforms.

Delivery strategy

The core is one product page, “E-commerce Chatbots”, split into 3 platforms: Custom, Shopify and WooCommerce. For each, we implement the same critical store processes (FAQ, order statuses, returns, complaints, handoff to support), with tone and language customized for the brand.
